Its dielectric strength is higher than that of general engineering plastics, and its arc resistance is good. As an electrical appliance production, its electrical performance will not be affected when the continuous use temperature is 200~300℃. The intermittent use temperature can reach 316℃ 3. It has outstanding corrosion resistance. LCP products will not be corroded in the presence of acid with a concentration of 90% and alkali with a concentration of 50%. For industrial solvents, fuel oil, detergents and hot water, they will not be corroded after contact. Dissolving, it will not cause stress cracking. |
| Product application | 1) Used in microwave oven containers, can withstand high and low temperatures, can also be used as printed circuit boards, satellite electronic components, jet engine parts; used in electrical and electronic and automotive mechanical parts or components; can also be used in medical treatment. 2) High filler can be added as an integrated circuit packaging material to replace epoxy resin as a packaging material for the coil frame; as a sheath for optical fiber cable joints and high-strength components; instead of ceramics as a filling material in a chemical separation tower. 3) It can also be blended with polysulfone, PBT, polyamide and other plastics to make alloys. After the parts are formed, they have high mechanical strength. They can be used to replace glass fiber reinforced polysulfone and other plastics, which can improve the mechanical strength and performance. Improve the strength and chemical stability. |
